Where ACCESS works

Countries & cities

Your entry point to the whole ACCESS network. Start here to see every country and city where we use digitalisation to make urban mobility cleaner, smarter and more inclusive — then open a country for its national programme, or a city for its pilots.

6 countries · 10 cities · one Avoid–Shift–Improve approach

The programme at a glance

One approach, six countries, ten cities

Across Latin America, transport is responsible for about a third of greenhouse gas emissions. ACCESS works with national and city governments to bring that down using digital tools and data — applying a shared Avoid–Shift–Improve approach in every pilot, from 2024 to 2029.
