6 countries · 10 cities · one Avoid–Shift–Improve approach
One approach, six countries, ten cities
Across Latin America, transport is responsible for about a third of greenhouse gas emissions. ACCESS works with national and city governments to bring that down using digital tools and data — applying a shared Avoid–Shift–Improve approach in every pilot, from 2024 to 2029.
Six national programmes
Each country works on locally relevant priorities while sharing tools, evidence and lessons across the ACCESS network. Filter the list, then open a country to see its cities and pilots.
