ACCESS Independent Complaint Mechanism

Raise a concern or provide feedback. This mechanism enables people who believe they have been adversely affected by ACCESS project activities, or have suffered negative social and/or environmental consequences, to voice their complaints and seek redress.

The mechanism is guided by the IKI Independent Complaint Mechanism Policy (1.2.2022) and is also available to those who wish to report the improper use of funds.
